Return & Cancellation Policy
At Shrishayam Agency, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items such as innerwear, customized orders, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- Email us at info@shrishayamagency.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing info@shrishayamagency.in with your order number.
- After Shipping: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- If your order was prepaid and cancelled on time, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product or confirm cancellation.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
